Perfect for a large gathering. Lots of room and three king size beds. Plus dog friendly and close to the beach. Very nice grocery store two blocks away.

It was large enough to accommodate the whole family. It worked out just right.

We can't say anything negative about the Ocean House. It was great for us. Unfortunately, the garage door broke so we could not use it. But, no real problem. The window seat was the "hit" with the grandkids. They could check out the ocean while texting. I accidentally left my jacket and Carol was so helpful in mailing it back to me. We will most likely stay there again :-)

We loved the location and the quiet surrounding neighborhood! We loved being so close to the beach and hearing the sound of the waves sitting out on the balcony and the bottom deck.

The location offers a beach with less of a crowd. Close by is a grocery store, a great bakery and a few restaurants. The house is set up for a large group.

this is an excellent property for larger families. We appreciate that the majority of bedrooms have king or queen beds versus multiple rooms with twins. Our children are all older now so this set up works best for us. The ease of beach access is great, and the kitchen set up is marvelous for larger families as well.

The kitchen, dining room table, and sectional in Great Room work well for a large group. The master suite is wonderful, but the bed is too soft (woke up with backaches) plus the beds downstairs are also uncomfortable. We miss being close to downtown but enjoy being closer to Silver Point and Arcadia for our beach walks (walking to Haystack Rock is also very manageable).

We had 4 people plus a golden retriever and waned room to spread out. My wife and I usually go to Ocean Lodge since it is the two of us an our dog, but this was an excellent place and reasonable price in comparison.

Most of the time, you are up high - on the second floor - so you get a lofty view of the beach and the horizon...You can see Haystack Rock from the upstairs bedroom...

Check on construction next door, especially if you have small children who want to play in the yard (yard was partially destroyed by construction vehicles). Bring sound bar for upstairs TV because the sound is poor. Enjoy watching the bunnies!

Well, for a start, the weather was outstanding! But, also, the staff was so helpful in obtaining a Pack and Play for our babe to sleep in and having it available at the house when we got there. We have stayed at Ocean House several times and always request it when we go to Cannon Beach. It is absolutely perfect for 10 humans and 2 dogs.

Perfect for families 10 to 12 people, very dog friendly, so great to have sand buckets, etc. already there for the kids to use. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, crockpots, etc. Beds, linens, etc. are so comfortable. We love Ocean House and CBPM.

We arrived just as a good storm was approaching and enjoyed the "angry" ocean and foam blown surf our first night. The storm passed by midnight and then enjoyed a star-filled night sky. Next day stayed mild and dry so some in our group got to go body boarding and so being only a block from the beach was excellent.

Ocean house has everything our family needs from sleeping arrangements to space to spread out. It's bright and cheery even on rainy days. It suits us perfectly and we have come to think of this property as "ours" and look forward to our annual trips.

This home has a great location and is well stocked. It reflects the travels and mission mindedness of it's owners in its' décor. Lots of nooks and crannies for quiet and reflection but plenty of room in the living and dining area for the whole group to gather. Great property and best of all they allow dogs!

Such a fantastic home with tons of space for the extended family including the pup! The kitchen and living room are a great place to relax with more than enough space for everyone, and the proximity to the beach, grocery store & park are ideal. The pictures don't do it justice.

A 20 min beach walk to more resturaunts & shops. No need for a car most of the trip. SUNSETS TO DIE FOR...oh yes, lots of cute bunnies! AND dawg friendly.

We have stayed at the home for several years during the holiday season. It has an excellently equipped kitchen - all the dishes and utensils a large party would need. The bedrooms are great, especially the master on the first floor. The living and dining room make for a great family gathering.

The Oregon Coast is fabulous at any time of year! Our stay was made even better as the 'Oceanhouse' was roomy, light-filled, so very clean, and well-equipped. The view and access to the beach was wonderful regardless of rain, wind, or calm. The Cannon Beach Property Management folks are so efficient, with professional style and a great sense of humour, as well as quick attention to any detail needed to assist our stay. We were reserved with Vacasa rental agency, when at the last minute found out the house was in use by the owner. He forgot to look at the calendar! So we were moved to another house that was not clean and in very poor condition. We called Cannon Beach Properties and they had one house available (cost more). It was an answer to our prayers as there are 6 sisters staying for the weekend, with no place to go! Great house, spotless, and lovely. Thank you ever so much!

This home needs new carpet, the hardwood floors redone. The deck needs to be stained and I would recommend smaller tables and comfortable chairs out on the deck. That old table is not inviting. The deck is too small to hold a large table and a bunch of chairs.

My family and I have stayed in Ocean House for many years during our annual family vacation in Cannon Beach. When we walk into the house, it is like walking into our own home.... the house is familiar to us and we all immediately settle into our space. The house is immaculately clean and Cannon Beach Property Management personnel are friendly and professional and always respond promptly to any requests that we might have. We are always reluctant to leave our beach home and look forward to staying once again next year in Ocean House.

We love the Ocean house and try to have a family gathering there in July each year. Great layout for our family with master up and 3 bedrooms down. We like the location, comfortable beds, kitchen, big dining table, and outside porch and patio. Our trips usually include a lot of beach time, a visit to Tillamook for lunch and ice cream (and Whiskey Pete's for a cheap toy on the way back), a hike, hot dog roast with s'mores, and a trip to Seaside's arcade and bumper cars. The home is well-maintained and clean and the property management company is very responsive and professional.

I almost hesitate to give this house the rating it deserves, as I do 't want to give away my "secret"! This house was perfection. We had 10 friends stay here last weekend and we could not have asked for anything better - not a single suggestion or complaint...well, other than the addition of a hot tub! So large, so comfortable. Modern but "homey" with new, beautiful bedding, decor and amenities. The kitchen was spectacular, outfitted better than any I've ever stayed in. Every possible utensil, pan, blender, coffee grinder, ice maker. One block from the beach, view from the livingroom window. Short walk to Haystack Rock. The livingroom had the largest, most comfortable couch, electric fireplace, and seating for all of us. Stay here and have a truly memorable vacation, as we did!

Cozy clean place for a wet stormy weekend! Barely got to the nearby beach but did enjoy a dinner at Irish Table in Cannon Beach. We had a group of six women & appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with room for a few cooks at a time. We felt right at home. There are enough nooks & rooms to steal away to read or take a nap. We would book again.

Cannon Beach Rentals does a great job. I have rented several times from them and the houses are always immaculate. This house has four bedrooms and a small den with one door. The second floor living room is very spacious with the best stocked kitchen I have ever experienced. Big dining room table. Wrap-around couch - very comfy for a crowd.

All of us thought the house was great. With the main living area on the 2nd floor along with the large Master bedroom we had an excellent view of the water and surroundings. The house has been well maintained considering the local ocean side elements. In addition the house was well equipped including a large gas stove, refer. dishwasher, washer/dryer and more kitchen things than we could find uses for. The C/B Management staff made this weekend getaway a very pleasant event. THANKS

We had a fantastic time. The home has a huge kitchen/living room and can easily accommodate two families. The location is ideal, just three houses from the beach at a quieter end of town. There is a nice gas grill on the lower deck. There is a small market, Mo's restaurant, and a pub within an easy walk. I would have given property condition five stars except for the fact the dryer needs to be replaced.

We had a very last minute request for a holiday weekend rental property. Trish was incredibly accommodating and found us Ocean House. Spacious, kid and pet friendly, but still very elegant. Gorgeous master suite and great proximity to the beach. Too far from town to walk but still lovely.

We were upgraded to this lovely home by the property management team and boy was I reluctant, me being a pessimist and all. We were in for a wonderful surprise. We were very leased with the 3 bedrooms on lower level as to size & windows. Entry way with sitting area, place for shoes very useful. The ,aster suite was amazing. The living, eating cooking areas were very well laid out & kitchen was necessities very good.

Our experience was great minus the fact that the grill outside was not working. I had called in before to double check if the grill was in working condition. I was told that it was fixed but when we arrived it was not working. Other than that we were very satisfied with the property.

Cons: If I had to pick some things for areas of improvement, I'd say only couple of things...I worried some about the kids when we tried to play out in the yard because the main road was just right there and it was hard to see around the corner because of a neighboring yard. A fence on that side would've been awesome! The towels were a bit old and stained, but clean. The sheets were clean, but some of the comforters/pillows were fading/dirty? and I'm not as sure of the level of their cleanliness. The porch railings need to be sanded (we got slivers), but I understand that's a perpetual problem at the beach.
Pros: We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and there was lots of space in the great room for everyone to hang out! Overall we were very pleased. I'm very picky about bathrooms and they were nice and clean. Thank you! In fact, everything in the house was nearly spotless! We were thankful for the well stocked kitchen as well! We really enjoyed our stay. We'd definitely come back again!

Our family have a great time at Oceanhouse in Cannon Beach. We loved that the main living area was upstairs with a partial view of the ocean. The family members who slept downstairs didn't seem to mind the noise that other people have mentioned in their reviews. We've got a little 18 month old and managed to provide her with her "own" room in the master bedroom closet (its just enough room to set up a pack and play). The house has a great open living area - beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, but we did have a little trouble with the stove/oven. It was just a short walk to the beach so we were down there every morning and afternoon. We'd highly recommend this house.

I cannot say enough great things about this house. We searched on several websites for two months for the perfect house for a 30th birthday party. Everything was either too expensive, too far from the beach, or already booked. Then we found Ocean House. It was absolutely and wonderfully perfect - a massive great room with a phenomenally well-stocked kitchen made for a perfect gathering place for our group. The kitchen totally saved the day by having cake pans for the birthday cake after we forgot ours at home. We loved the open floor plan, high ceilings, and large windows. We all just hung out, visited, and cooked for two days, and couldn't have been more pleased with the place. The balcony, right off the great room, was a perfect place for the smokers to do what they do (yuck) and not have to miss any of the action. We also thought it was particularly genius to have most of the bedrooms downstairs so that when some of us got up early to start breakfast and coffee, the others could still sleep soundly for as long as they liked (it was holiday after all). The beds were extremely comfortable and we could hear the roar of the waves, so we all slept very well. The beach was so close, nobody even missed being right next it - it was literally 30 or 50 steps from the front door. To top it all off, they allowed dogs and they had wifi, so we could all stay connected, and the place was still among the most reasonably priced houses we looked at. We will definitely be back!

This house is comfortable for eight and the kitchen is the best - plenty of room for all the cooks in your party without stepping on each other. It has nice electronics that don't take a Phd to operate although it would be nice to have a CD player, not all music is on a device for the provided iHome player. Plenty of off street parking w/the double car garage. The only draw back is it is not directly on the beach. Have fun.

Nice home - little musty but it is the Ocean! Can hear everyone upstairs if you sleep downstairs and the appliances are a little tricky to figure out. Works well for kids with the laundry. Nice beach access.

We have stayed in Ocean House every August for many years with our family and we all just love the property. Cannon Beach activities are close and can be easily accessed using the Cannon Beach Shuttle. We all love being there and the week always goes by too fast! As we are leaving, someone will always say, "Can't wait to come again next year!"

Ocean House is in a great location, whether it be walking to the beach, the famous Mo's, nearby market and to die for pastry shop. It is spacious with a great flow and room for large groups (with sleeping 10, it needed a large common area.) The bath downstairs for 3+ bedrooms proved a challenge; alot of space is wasted in the master bedroom. However, it might be just what a couple is looking for. The kitchen was awesome--we cooked in a lot and had large groups which the space accommodated well. Some of the common area furniture is a bit aged, and the patio furniture is nothing special. We love Cannon Beach and will return many times.

We loved the house! It was very comfortable and spacious! We had plans to eat out in town but ended up staying in and cooking at the house because the setting was perfect! The beach access is down the street very close - Thanks for making our stay comfortable!

We enjoy Oceanhouse for our family get-together in the fall. It accommodates our kids, grandkids and Golden Retriever comfortably, and we find plenty to do outside in good weather and inside when it rains.

We all had a wonderful time(Dog too!). Weather was VERY cooperative...lots of walks on the beach, hanging out on the deck, cooking up a storm in the great kitchen. Only a short drive into town to window shop and check out the galleries and cute cafe's etc. Would most definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the home. Our main complaint was with the quality of the beds in the guest bedrooms. The ones in the front bedroom were very poor. We didn't sleep in the others so I don't know about them. The upstairs master bedroom had a good bed. The kitchen
was pretty well stocked. There should have been more paper towels and probably some more toilet paper. I had to buy plastic bags. The size of the TV in the front guest bedroom is way too small. It needs to have a much bigger screen. I didn't know they made
TV screens as small as the one in that bedroom. It was nice to have some beach things on hand. The vacation rental management staff was helpful and the home was in a good location. We hope to stay there again.

We spent a week at Oceanhouse in August, and were amazed at the fabulous location. It was so close to the beach and a lovely walk into town. The house is perfect for family - we were 7 and had plenty of room. The kitchen is very well equipped - even for
baking. We were the only ones to use the tennis court on the block the whole week - what a great unmentioned amenity!

would recommend that the 3 bedrooms downstairs were as nice/contemporary as the master suite. who uses double beds anymore? but this is a must property with quick beach access and a lovely walk to the downtown area. over a mile to downtown but nice exercise. cannon beach is a must see. hit the amazing farmers market on friday and was delighted with the selections. finding high quality natural and organic grocery stores was difficult......might suggest to bring in all your own food as the town does not boast a new season's type I dare say this{?} but a hot tub would be the glad we could bring the dog who also loved the deck for sunning.....did I mention that the kitchen was above par with convection over and gas stove stop.......I am a cook and really appreciated this addition......really above par on the whole...XXXOOO

We loved the home and location. In Cannon Beach for SMA's Mother Daughter Weekend, it was also my daughter's 18th, so celebration with friends was in order. The home is beautifully outfitted and has the space for cooking for large groups, reading, games and TV - all at the same time. We loved it. We were 5 Moms, 5 Daughters. Once the downstairs den sofabed is replaced, there will be nice beds for all. Until it is replaced, consider that that one is for the dog only. Otherwise, it was a perfect beach stay.

Oceanhouse had a great layout that worked well for our early risers versus night owls. It also had great views and was very close to the beach for those quick runs down before it's too dark to walk anymore. It was furnished nicely and had enough room for everyone to hang out together and places to get away from the others too. Will stay there again unless I can find my own place.

Just spent the weekend at Oceanhouse with ladies for a birthday getaway. The house is wonderful, plenty of space, great fully stocked kitchen, lots of books, games and movies available and it is close to the beach. I'll definitely stay here again!

Ocean house is close enough to the beach (est. 150 yards) to be considered a excellent beach side vacation home. Access is close and convenient. Traffic in the area is minimal eventhough it is a public beach access point. Can't say enough about the beautiful, clean beach. The house layout is good, especially the upstairs living/dinning room. Some suggestions for improvement would be better quality linens for all the bedrooms, a gas barbecue (that works) and better quality basic knife set (for cooking).

The property was awesome! The only thing that was a bummer was the propane tanks ran out just in time to cook our steaks. There was a second one in the garage and that one too was empty. Overall we absolutely loved it!!! We will definitley be coming back next yr. and would love to make it a yrly tradition for our family!

I enjoy staying at this house very much, and have stayed at this property several times. While some of the home fixtures, such as shades, and faucets were in need of repair, and the furniture is a little worn, the kitchen is great, the space is great, having the large living area upstairs makes it perfect for gatherings which allow some guests to remain asleep in the downstairs rooms. The location and beach access is fantastic, and I would stay here again for sure! Great times.

Loved all the large windows. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. Great, comfortable beds throughout. WIreless access a nice touch for a few needed emails and for the kids' iphones. Nice that the property was dog-friendly and the front area allowed for great beach cleanup. Overall, a great experience that we would highly recommend to all!

The house was lovely and close to the beach, kids loved that. Since there is no changing of towels, it would help if there was a place to hang used towels to dry. Master bath needs a facetowel ring on the left side of the sink.
