The location was great. The unit was warm & welcoming. Even the 4 legged members of our family were comfortable. The store next door was so convenient. It was an easy enjoyable walk to the beach right across the street. The rabbits on the way to the beach were very tame and our granddaughter loved visiting with them. We loved that it was affordable & available when we needed it most!

The location was convenient and offered plenty of room for our family. I would have preferred more outdoor space but that can’t be helped with it being a condo. Also if you are looking for ocean views this is not the space to choose. However access to the beach is just a short walk away.

Kitchen well stocked. Nice to have garage though one day a car was parked in front of garage door so could not park in it. Nice to have working washer and dryer. Would be helpful to have instructions on how to use oven...very different. Also would have been nice to have grill briquettes provided as no gas grill...or a head’s up to bring some rather than pay high local price for them.

This is our second Rental in Cannon Beach, our first with CBPM and we were very pleased with all aspects of booking, arrival, the whole visit and the departure. Our intent is to stay within the CBPM "family" when we visit CB (at least 2 times a year as CB is our favorite vacation destination!).

Sandcastle C1 is a dog friendly, very well equipped, clean, convenient and quiet property. It has been well maintained and the amenities in the area make it a great place to rent for a family vacation. Our 2 dogs enjoyed the quick beach access and if one times it correctly a walk all the way to Hug Point is possible! Also the convenience of having the Fresh Foods grocery next door was an added bonus.

We had a great time as a family and loved the location as it was so close to the beach. However we were a family with four young adults and so needed another room. The twin in the 2nd bedroom was not comfortable - maybe for a child but not for an adult, and the sofa bed really could be for one adult. There is only one complaint - the condo did have a musty smell to it. The property management company was wonderful to work when we encountered a problem with the heat (not turning off).

It was a very comfortable nice little condo. We had 8 people staying and everyone was comfy. The best part was all the extras, like puzzles, board games, and movies. They really thought of everything. There was even a bucket and shovel to take to the beach. We loved our stay.

We had a great vacation. The property was a little small for eight but we managed. The condo was clean and had a good layout. We brought our dogs and they were comfortable. There was even a water and food bowl for them along with towels. There was an awesome bakery down the street. The bakery was called Sea Level Bakery. They had amazing pastries, we had coffee there everyday. The beach was just across the street and a short walk to Haystack Rock. I would recommend this condo to a friend.

The Sandcastle C-1 property was ideal for our family vacation. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, had a perfect lay-out for us, and a good location close to the beach.
Just one thing that could be fixed: on the check-in paperwork the Wi-Fi password was missing a letter. In the info binder, the password was written in all caps. Combining the two, we were able to access the Wi-Fi, but having the passwords written correctly would be helpful.
The management staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating during our stay.

We were with a group of 9 golfers combining my beach house with the sandcastle for the overflow. It was perfect. Used the hot tub and pool. Ate at The Warren House. Great location. Could walk to tolovana and to Mo's which has the best clam chowder on the coast.

The house was very clean, had everything we wanted and in an excellent location! Just a short trip across the street to head onto the beach. Loved the full kitchen as we cooked most of the time while we were there and the fact there was a fenced in yard was really great for the dog. We will be staying here when we come back again!

This was our second stay in the sandcastle condos and once again we were pleased. These are not brand new condos but they are clean and in reasonably good shape. There is plenty of space for our family and although this stay was just for a weekend so we didn't get much use out of the kitchen, we definitely used it when we stayed previously for an entire week. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans etc. There was also a washer and dryer in our unit. The pool and hot tub are great and unlike a hotel, the small number of units means they are never that busy. For the price, it is an excellent value. Beach access and a park with small playground are right across the street. It is a short drive to the downtown area, and while it is nice to be away from the busier part of town it can be a little challenging to park during busy times when you do go downtown. Otherwise great location. Only complaints about the unit we were in (c-1) were that the drain in the master bath was very slow and probably needs to be de-clogged , and walls are a little thin- more of an issue during last stay when a very stompy family stayed in the unit above us, but was never a huge issue. Also 11 am checkout is a bit of a bummer but sadly becoming more common. We have stayed in many locations (hotels and rentals) in CB and find it hard to justify the $300+ price tag of many of the hotels in peak season, especially with a young child now. This is a reasonably priced option especially for families.

The rental was great, plenty of room for our family. We have 3 boys ages 9, 13, and 17 they loved all events of the week but all at one point needed space from one another. There was enough space in the condo to step from others. Condo was clean and kitchen had everything needed to cook for the family. Only thing the boys wished the condo had better was update TVs they were abit outdated.

Condo is roomy and comfortable. Has all you would need for a long stay; I love to cook and the kitchen is well appointed. The pool is awesome and property well kept up; beautiful in fact. Close to the beach and an easy drive to many attractions.
We were just a little concerned about the musty smell in the bedrooms. Make sure you heat it up and air it out well as it affected my asthma.
We would definitely try another condo in this unit and the management company is a dream to work with. Thank you!

We enjoyed a week at this condo where we have stayed before. We like this condo because it has plenty of room, a very spacious and well-equiped kitchen, handy beach access and an indoor pool and jacuzzi on the property. The only drawback is the need for upgraded TVs! Includes nice gas fireplace, games, lots of books and movies, a barbecue and area to be outside!

It was great. For a group of 4 or more people, this is the way to go. It cost less than a local hotel, but included a full kitchen with all the necessary "tools" to make our own meals, as needed. They provided a barbeque which saved on the costs of two full up meals. This was a money saver and much more secluded and private than a hotel. Very peaceful with great access to a market nearby.

We loved it, especially the closet full of board games and card games. We kept very busy having fun. Thanks for the good times!

We loved the cozy apartment with two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen had everything needed with lots of extras. The four of us were comfortable, loved the pool and jacuzzi, the internet availability, movies and the proximity of the beach and Mo's Restaurant. A nice walk took us to Haystack Rock and on to the shopping area of Cannon Beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have four small children, and this location has been a perfect fit for us the last two years. The condo has enough sleeping room for all of us and the kitchen is fully equipped. We make all our meals and enjoy the flexibility of walking easily to the beach, Mo's restaurant, and taking a swim in the indoor pool at our leisure. With small, young children it is hard to go on a vacation that actually feels like we're relaxing, but this is the perfect fit! Good old fashioned fun, unplugging from the daily schedule, and making simple precious memories are what keep us coming back each year. We love it!

Our family had a great time staying at the Sand Castle C-1 once again. Everything we needed was provided for us. It is just across the street from the beach. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was fun for the whole family. The only thing was when we walked into the condo it smelled somewhat musty. Other than that everything was great! Thanks again.

Overall a great place to stay, and would definitely return. Minor flaws: smelled musty when we first opened the door, but we got over it because the place was very clean; and there were no hair dryers like there are in other units in this complex. It is slightly dated, but has been kept up, and certainly kept clean. The closeness to the beach and other activities made a short trip to Cannon Beach one that even my youngest child enjoyed!

Sandcastle C-1 was in a great location~ walking distance to the beach and Mo's for great seafood. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 (two adult children). We enjoyed the fireplace to take the chill out of the air in the mornings and for cozy evenings. The only drawback was that the master bedroom is very close to the road. Traffic was light during our visit but may be an issue during high season. Overall, an excellent home away from home.

With 4 adults and 2 kids it was the perfect place to stay. The living room and kitchen is spacious and comfortable. Very clean and nicely decorated. It is close to a beach access also. The only down fall is not being able to walk to downtown. But can be overlooked with all the other pluses. We look forward to renting C1 again in the near future.

SandCastle C-1 condo was perfect for our beach stay this time. My 93 y/o mother-in-law was with us and can't do stairs so we needed everything to be on one level. She also used to like to swim so having the pool and hot tub available was great. Liked that we had two bathrooms. Only thing we missed by being on the ground floor is any view of the ocean at all. But the amenities in the condo were very nice - lots of kitchen space for our food (you don't see that very often). Liked the little private back patio - it gets the afternoon sun which made it nice to sit out to read etc before dinner. Only thing I could say as a recommendation would be: since you offer recycling, the units need to have a receptacle inside for these materials. Perhaps a bin in the closet? And there was not enough drawer space for clothing in Master Bedroom. Most beach clothes can be placed in drawers vs. on hangers. Lots of closet space but very little drawer space. Otherwise the place was very well appointed.

Very close to the beach, short drive to town, wonderful pool and jacuzzi as well for when the cold and rain came. Awesome spot for a vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay in this property, I had my elderly parents, 79 and 83, my son and his girlfriend staying with me. We would definately book one of these properties when needed again.

Overall the unit was nice. The only thing missing for me was an ocean view, but I knew it didn't have one.

It was slightly damp smelling but we opened the doors and either it blew away or we got used to it. Other than that, we thought the location was great. Our kids loved the pool/hot tub area and the walk to the beach was minimal. Take the local shuttle into town! The driver was really knowledgeable about the area.

Great inexpensive rental. We just wish there would have been a few more cooking utensils, big frying pans etc. A little skimpy on the kitchen stuff to accommodate 8 people. Thank you!
